All activities are at and around the Oktoberfest terrain (Die Wiesn)
The Oktoberfestcafé is at 150 meters from the Oktoberfest, the address will be in your e-ticket.
Programm
09.30 – Lederhosenoutfit
Did you not bring a Lederhosen? No problem! At the Oktoberfestcafé you have your last chance to fit & buy a quality outfit at a special rate for our customers: €99 €79.
The 5-piece outfit includes: Lederhosen + Braces + Oktoberfest shirt + Oktoberfest socks + Oktoberfest hat.
10.30 – Welcome drink + free maps & info
Join in time at the Oktoberfestcafé for a Welcome Beer (or other drink) and to pick up your vouchers.
We will provide you with free maps of the Oktoberfest + location of our activities, and of Munich + public transport. As well we give you additional info and explain the do’s and dont’s. Have a question? We are there!
12.00 till 16.30 – Tickets reserved beertables in the Beertent/Beerhall
You sit at the real beertabels in the fameous beertents(!) at the Oktoberfest (Die Wiesn). This is the reason(!) why you come to the Oktoberfest in Munich!
You order your consumptions with us at the table. The start/endtime can vary slightly, depending on the beertent. However, 4-5 hours in a beertent has proven to be (more than) enough 😉
A beertabel has 10 seats. Is your group less than 10 you will sit with our other customers at the tabel which exactly is the fun of the Oktoberfest. Do you want your own privat table, then you pay a supplement.
17.30 – Schnitzelmenu
The Schnitzelmenu is served at the Oktoberfes café, a good and tasty fuel up for the long night.
This real Bayern Schnitzel comes with fries, salat & sauce.
19.00 – Tickets reserved beertables at the Oktoberfestcomplex
This evening is a must-go for your complete Oktoberfest experience. It has a fantastic atmosphere, you may not miss this party!
It takes place in an enormous Beer Cellar complex, with up to 3000 visitors!
Of course you will sit at our reserved beertables, and … the most famous Oktoberfestband is playing well known Oktoberfesthits, combined with other populair German & English songs.
22.00 till 05.00 – Tickets reserved beertables at the Afterparty
At 22.30 the beertents at the Oktoberfest close. However, most people want to extend their Oktoberfest experience a few hours more.
This Afterparty also comes with a seat at our reserved beertables, however you can, just like at 19.00, walk and dance around wherever you want.
It takes place in the same Beer Cellar complex, however now with up to 4000 visitors!
Change sunday – wednesday
At sunday, monday, tuesday & wednesday the programm slightly differs from above:
- 19.00 – Oktoberfestbeer tasting, incl. the 6(!) official Oktoberfestbeer + explanations by a sommelier
- 22.00 – Afterparty without reserved seats, however sit/stand/walk/dance wherever you want
